Novas Software
University Program Overview
The Novas University Program provides students with the opportunity to create integrated circuit design projects using leading edge design comprehension products for debug automation and visibility enhancement. Novas is committed to playing an active role in assisting educational institutions with preparing the next generation of engineers for the work environment. To further that cause, Novas offers its design comprehension products at a reduced fee for qualified institutions.
Eligibility:
All accredited public and private colleges and universities which offer at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering are eligible to apply for consideration and participation. The products are to be used for course instruction or academic research only, and not for use in commercial applications.
Application Requirements:

An authorized representative of the
institution must submit a Proposal of Usage describing who
will be using Novas' products, the applications they will be
used on; how they will be used; what equipment they will be
used on; and the number of required licenses.

The representative must complete and submit University Program Request
with compute platform and contact information.

The representative must sign Novas' University
Software License Agreement.
· The representative, or a designated alternate, will agree to submit yearly reports which will include: summaries of product usage and copies of related articles, conference presentations or other publications or reports which result from the use of Novas products. The representative, or alternate, will administer the program and act as the authorized contacts with Novas.
